Shipping and Delivery

  • Dubai: Delivery within 1-2 days.
  • Cities in Saudi Arabia: Delivery takes 2-5 days.
  • Outside Saudi Arabia: Delivery takes 3-10 working days. In some cases, it may take longer.

Sales Policy

  • Warranty: Covers repairs for technical issues only and does not include replacement unless repair is not possible.
  • Replacement: Available within three days of receiving the order. Customers can request a replacement by sending a WhatsApp message (contact details at the bottom of the page).
  • Returns: Must be initiated on the same day the product is received by contacting the store via WhatsApp. The support team will issue a return label. The product must be returned in its original condition, including the box, warranty card, original receipt (invoice), and all accessories. Shipping costs (for both sending and returning the product) initially covered by the store will be deducted.
  • Product Mismatch: Customers can exchange the watch if it does not match the image or description without further compensation. If the item is unavailable, the customer is entitled to a full refund with no additional compensation.
  • Missing Accessories: If secondary items (e.g., invoice, warranty card, or box) are missing or incorrect, the store will provide the missing item but will not replace the main product.
  • Order Cancellation: The store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount if the watch is unavailable or a technical issue arises.
  • Government Fees: Customers are responsible for any import taxes or other government fees for purchases made outside Saudi Arabia.

Promotions, Discounts, and Online Payment Policy

Some payment methods, discounts, and offers may not be available in certain geographic locations outside Saudi Arabia.


Maintenance Policy

  • Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not cover breakage or damage caused by use.
  • Repair Duration: The expected maintenance period ranges from 15 to 40 working days, depending on the issue. This includes returning the product after repair.
